This is my first sake from Kanagawa, Zanko Horai. It's an autumn sake, so it has a strong umami and acidity. It is dry and refreshing. I think it goes well with autumn foods and battery type foods. I had it hot and paired it with tempura and it was very good. It would also be good with simmered pork belly and daikon, or grilled fish with fat.
