This one is more similar to Jyushiyo than the Junmai Ginjo I posted before.
Especially the aroma, the first taste in the mouth, and the smoothness of the mouthfeel are similar.
Perhaps because it is a summer sake, the balance is less sweet and more acidic and bitter compared to Jyushiyo.
Considering the market price of Jyushiyo, I have the impression that this sake is tasty enough and can be a good substitute for Jyushiyo when you want to drink it.
If I were to drink it at night, I would choose it over Jyushiyo, taking the price into consideration. It is that good.
