ちの
The first sip is very light and flows crisply. The aftertaste, however, leaves a woody aroma on the upper jaw, and you may feel a slight heaviness.
It goes well with scallop sashimi. When I drink it with garland chrysanthemum with aosa (aosa), I feel sweetness.
However, it seems that the chicken sashimi is a bit washed out, so it is a strange balance.
But after all, Jinya is dry and delicious.
