This is my first time to try Hirotogawa's special junmai.
At first, it was served cold.
The aroma is subdued and the sweetness and umami of the rice is gentle.
Then, at room temperature.
The mellowness of the rice increased and it became even easier to drink.
However, if you drink it with something, it will go in too quickly unless you are conscious of it, so I personally recommend you to savor it slowly without any accompaniments.
