Sanko Masamune's Hinokuchi Asa Shibori🍶 is sold exclusively at Sanko Masamune's brewery (and is also available for pre-order on Rakuten for a month before the brewery opens).
It just arrived at my favorite bar, so I went to drink it right away ✨.
I drank a can of Hinokuchi last week to compare it to this one 🤭.
First, I drank it cold.
The first aroma is slightly sweet with a hint of richness.
In the mouth, it has a rich sweetness with a slight bitterness and mild acidity.
It also has a fruity, sweet overtone.
It is 20 degrees Celsius, but I drank it easily.
I also had it warmed 🍶.
The top aroma is rich and sweet with a hint of alcohol.
The mild acidity and mild, full-bodied sweetness in the mouth.
It has a mild acidity and a mild, full-bodied sweetness in the mouth.
It was especially delicious lukewarm 😊.
It's a different sake from the canned Hinokuchi.
It's alky, but you don't feel it, it's a perfect blend.
When I drank the canned hinokuchi, I wrote that I wished they would release it as a nama sake without the alkaloids, but I stand corrected.
Please continue to sell it as it is in its raw, unadulterated form throughout the country.
We had 4 bottles in stock and I need to go have another one while there is still sake available 😆.
