This sake was given to me as a gift from my son on his return trip to Niigata on Children's Day during GW. I was in a position to give it to him, but he gave it to me.
Mild aroma.
It is crisp, as is typical of Niigata sake. Not too sweet.
Personally, I feel a strong sense of alcohol.
It's a jun-dai, but I feel it can be used as a food sake.
