The Tokujiro was very mellow, but the Abe Kan Sazanka is refreshing and beautifully dry. It's a dish I'd like to have with Japanese food. But tonight, I served it with blue cheese. It is good.
Comment:This year's Junmai Ginjo Genshu Akiagari has been replaced by the new "Sazanka"!
In recent years, there has been little time to feel autumn, and we wanted to create a sake that is easy to drink in the hotter months of September and October, and in the cooler months after November.
Sazanka flowers bloom from autumn to winter, and the word "sazanka" means to overcome difficulties.
When you turn the label over, you can see a hidden picture of Sasanka drawn by Miyagi Prefecture artist Yuriko Asano.
