マグロ漁船
Obtained at a liquor store I occasionally visit.
It is Wakanami's Honjozo. This is the first time for me to try the Honjozo.
Wakanami is my favorite modern type of sake.
The aroma is light and muscat-like.
It is refreshing and good.
In the mouth, it has a slightly sweet mouthfeel that matches the aroma.
There is some acidity, but it is not noticeable. The umami is moderate.
It is not so thick, but it is well balanced with this flavor.
The lightness stands out because the other sake we were comparing was rather heavy.
The aftertaste is also clean and crisp, probably due to the honjozo (honjo sake), and there is no aftertaste.
It is easy to drink.
It seems a little more mature than Junmai Wakanami, but I wonder if the vectors are the same.
It is a high level modern type of sake that does not interfere with food.
If you don't restrain yourself, you will finish a bottle in no time.
To my taste 90 points
