Muscat, lychee-like, fresh aroma.
Taste is surprisingly juicy with pineapple and muscat sweetness. Plenty of fruitiness. It has a slight gassy and sour taste, with almost no bitterness.
In addition, it has excellent sharpness, and the juicy deliciousness disappears gracefully. It tastes just like a thunderbolt. This is a dangerous wine to drink too much of...oh well...!
It is dangerous to drink too much of good sake. I know this in my head, but I forget it when I'm in front of alcohol...
That being said, it's wonderful to be able to make drinks that taste so good that I drink too much.
