Kuniumare Junmai Ginjo Hokkai Yamadanishiki
Purchased directly from the brewery during a trip to Hokkaido.
It is a daiginjo with a rice polishing ratio of 50.
The price is 2600 yen for 720ml, which is a little expensive.
It is delicious. I bought it because I thought it was quite tasty among the sake I tasted, and it is still tasty. It has a gentle ginjo aroma reminiscent of apples and a clean taste. It also has a slight sweetness. After it disappears from the mouth, it leaves a lingering aftertaste. It tastes elegant.
