It is full of coarsely strained lees, or is it still unrefined? First, from the supernatant, it is like a peach-colored nigori unique sweet and sour rosé sake. When the lees was mixed, it gassed energetically, and it took a little time to open the bottle. It was almost like doburoku, and I was eating it rather than drinking it. The acidity outweighs the sweetness, so it is refreshing.
