Hori
We received Senkou's Kabutomushi.
I thought it was still summer, but before I knew it, the first day of autumn had passed and I began to hear the sound of autumn insects at night. I opened a bottle of Kabutomushi, a typical summer sake, in a hurry.
The first time I drank it was last year. I was so shocked by its acidic and penetrating taste that I bought and drank five bottles of it in one summer, including PB bottles sold at liquor stores.
The first Kabutomushi after Senkyoku's return to Edo (present-day Tokyo) had a deeper taste with the same tartness, and it has evolved to my liking.
Of course, last year's Kabutomushi was also delicious, but it was so light that I thought it was lemon water, and depending on how I drank it, I sometimes felt it was lacking. This year's Kabutomushi has made up for such a weakness for me in an excellent way.
I regret that I only bought one bottle, but I also got a highly anticipated PB from a liquor store called "Light Nigori Sparkling," so my summer of Kabutomushi is not over yet.
