Junmai Ginjo Sasara
Autumn. The season of hiyaoroshi. In other words, the season of sasara. This is the label we have been waiting for. Our own Shinzawa Brewery has released a cold wholesale version of the Atago no Matsumatsu series.
The taste of Atago no Matsumatsu, which is well-balanced and deep without any sharpness, has been retained, and the soft and round impression of the cool autumn breeze has been strengthened. The presence is not strong, but the taste is too rich to be called a watery sake, and although it does not spread in a spectacular manner, it has a relaxed and calm taste.
It is a noble sake that makes us feel the afterglow of summer, the anticipation of autumn, and the happiness of the four seasons, even with our drunken heads.
