寿梨庵
The liquor store informed us that the sake was stored at -5°C, probably from freshly squeezed raw sake. The yellow label on the green bottle with the sky-blue kinzuru reminds us of summer beyond spring 🌻.
It slips in smooth, slightly effervescent, and has a fresh green apple-like fruitiness.
It has alcohol and a strong bitterness afterwards, but it's a bad boy that makes you want more and more of the next one 🤭.
It is quite dry, but I also sense a refined sweetness 💫.
The roughness of the raw sake has been reduced and it is smooth and very gentle. I wonder if this is the result of storage 🤔.
The sea of Sado in spring is calm 🙂.
