I don't have a great sake history, but this is my first 5 Stars!
The strong gas that crackles and pops even after pouring it into a bowl will only raise your expectations (I was told that the stopper will fly off if you don't open it carefully).
(I was told that if I didn't open it carefully, the cork would fly off.) When you drink it, the lemon squash-like freshness is followed by a surging rice flavor, and you can't stop. The slight acidity further accelerates the cup, and the bitterness is not strong.
It's a devilish sake, and even though it's not strong, I drank it all in one night.
By the way, Snow Crescent is the literal translation of Snow Crescent, what does it stand for?
☆ [5] Buy as much as you can get in the cellar!
[4] If I find it, I'll buy a bottle!
[3] I want to drink it again in the near future.
[2] If I see it again, I might buy it.
I'll buy a bottle if I see it again.

Good evening, Mr. Jijji! 😄.
As a fan of Kouei Chrysanthemum, I am grateful to you for giving it 5 stars 😆 It is difficult because there is a limit on the number of chrysanthemums, but I understand why you want to buy them all! 👍

Thank you for your comment, MAJ!
I'm jealous that you seem to be drinking quite a bit of Kouyoungiku~. Please let me refer to it when I can buy it in the future!
