Collaboration sake with Tokyo Manji Revengers
I haven't seen the original, but apparently famous sake from Fukui such as Kuroryu, Hanagaki, Bon, etc. appear as characters and group names.
The specs are 100% domestic sake brewing rice, 50% polished rice, and regular daiginjo.
The aroma is a mild, sweet melon-like aroma typical of Kuroryu, with a fresh, slightly tangy aroma characteristic of new brews.
The taste is surprisingly gentle at first, with a slightly melon-like sweetness and umami.
In the middle stage, the bitter taste of alcohol comes out for a moment, and then the sharpness of the taste is like all the other tastes are washed away.
It has a very strong sake taste and is very drinkable, but the gentle taste at first will fool you into drinking more and more sake.
