Classic Sentori before returning to Edo.
It has been laid down too long 🙏.
I was worried that the taste might have changed, but since it was stored in the refrigerator, I was relieved to find that the taste remained the same. It has the sourness that only Sentori can have, but the acidity is not too assertive and the mouthfeel is gorgeous, very delicious 😋.
100% Yamadanishiki produced in Sakura City, Tochigi Prefecture
Polishing ratio: 50% for koji rice, 60% for kake rice
