When we visited Hasegawa Sake Shop, we were surprised to see a red label of our favorite Hiryu, so we immediately bought it!
It tastes less sweet and more refreshing than the regular Hiryu. I think this is good for those who like dry sake. It's encounters like this that make me want to visit the store regularly.
