Personally, when I think of Osechi, I think of Sogapère.
This year's last Sogapeel is Anne.
It has a honey-like sweetness, a wine-like crisp acidity, and a silky texture.
It has a gorgeous, yet calm taste that complements Osechi.
Well, it was a good year for me because I enjoyed Osechi and Sogapère.
