My grandmother gave me a gift to share with you! I'm excited because I don't drink much sake from Kochi!
It has a sweet aroma and mouthfeel, with a subtle but strong umami aftertaste... a little darker than "tanrei" (light), but not too much.
Served with fried oysters and fried shrimp!
