I got this bottle of Tobiroki at one of the mail-order sake shops.

I have high expectations for this sake.
It sure is tasty! Well-balanced, not cloying sweetness and richness, with just the right amount of sake. My wife says it's light. I say it is quite strong. It is a difficult sake to make, but the fact that it is so easy to drink is what makes Tobiroki Tobiroki.
Compared to the famous local sake we bought together, it is not outstandingly good, but it is one of the best. It is not outstanding.
In that sense, it is an honor student.
