I bought a bottle of Kegaku, which I wanted to drink, on layaway at a nearby liquor store. The Nigolympics are back on.
The color is slightly amber. The aroma is fruity with a slight hint of chili. The supernatant is juicy with a hint of apple. When the lees are mixed, a lactic acid beverage type milkyness is added. The sweetness and moderate acidity make it easy to drink and very tasty. It is better to finish it as soon as possible.
