Today, I went to the "Hyogo Prefecture Citizens' Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Festival" held at Akashi Park, where I tasted a variety of food and drinks. I tasted a sake that koge2 and bouken, two of the biggest Hyogo sake enthusiasts, had commented on, and bought it because it was surprisingly good. I also visited the Osaka Satellite Shop of Fukushima Prefecture Tourism and Products Museum, so I bought a bottle of sake there too😅. From there, we went to Uonodana shopping district for shopping and lunch. We had lunch at Hirajii, a fish and food restaurant. We had a set meal of Spanish mackerel tataki. Yamatotsuru Junmai Sake. Yamato Shuzo sells sake to Hakutsuru and also produces sake for local restaurants in Akashi. It has a slight grain and alcohol aroma. The delicious taste of rice spreads with the aroma through the nose. There is also a firm junmai sake acidity that tightens up on the tongue, giving it a robust feel. The Spanish mackerel tataki is thick and sticky on the tongue, and although the flavor is light, the sweet Spanish mackerel and Yamatotsuru are a perfect match. I couldn't ask to take a picture of it because I was with my companion 😅No label.

Good evening, Nemuchi. There was a tasting and sale at the Akashi Park event 😳 And they were selling Yamatotsuru 😳. Basically, you can only buy it at the tourist information center 😆.
