FLAME OF SKULL Junmai Ginjo-shu
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Polishing ratio 55%, ALC 15%.
On 2022.2.25, I received a sake with a red flame 🔥 skull label (special junmai sake FLAME OF SKULL, 60% milled rice, 16% ALC, suitable for warming up).
This time it was sweet and easy to drink. However, there was a slight aroma that reminded me of koji mold, rice bran, and pickles.
I am not sure if it is the aroma of rice or some other factor, but I sometimes detect this aroma/smell. Until now, I thought it was simply due to the way the rice was made.
If anyone knows what it is, I would appreciate comments.
