It's been a long time since I've had a Chrysanthemum.
It's so easy to get that I tend to put it off until later.
As for the taste, I can't go wrong with Kangiku.
It has a strong sweetness and not so much sourness, like canned pineapple.
To be honest, it's not exactly in the middle of my favorite, but it's available at mass retailers that are not local sake shops, so it's the No. 1 sake for beginners to try!
