I finally drank the Sogapelle Efis.
Bought it in April of this year, but there's no corkscrew, so
It's been waiting in the fridge for a long time, thank you for your patience (◡◡).
First there's a lot of rich chestnut and cracker scent, and then there's the gradual grass scent.
In the mouth, at first the lactic acidity and yogurt sweetness was thick and had a slight mushroom smell, the bitterness and sweetness were pleasantly balanced with a nice balance.
When sipped cold, the sweetness and acidity were in perfect balance, with a soft orange tartness at the end!
I remember the first time I ate one of those rice crackers and I could taste it in my mouth.
For me, numero sis was a delicious and easy to drink product!
If I ever get a chance, I'd love to try another Sogapelle....
