Tangy almost yogurt flavored with a strong alcohol finish. A good sturdy flavorful Sake that holds up against Yakitori (甘いタレ).
Not much information on the label, even though the Seimaibuai is 50%, it’s not listed as a Daiginjo. It has the richness of a Junmai, but… apparently it is not.
Made from 100% Ginpu rice
精米歩合 50% Seimaibuai
