Yu Kuromura
The details are unknown, but it is said to be Junmai Daiginjo standard.
I've had Murayu Kameguchitori for a while now and it was surprisingly sweet, but this one is even sweeter!
I usually don't understand the word "fruity", but this one is fruity, so I guess it's really fruity!
The taste in my mouth is a little bit sweet and apple or muscatel? Muscat? Sweetness and aroma like apple or muscat?
And yet the aftertaste is refreshing.
It's really delicious.
But I don't know what to pair it with.
I guess this is to be enjoyed by itself as a dessert.
