We went to the main restaurant of Kyoto Walking Day. With a good mood after a libation at Dokusa Sake, we strolled southward through Kyoto City. After passing through the downtown area of Shijo, which was getting a little busier after Corona at dusk, we went to Shuroku in Gojo, the restaurant we were looking for this time. Try converting shuroku into kanji! The store has an outstanding selection of Aki-shika, and it is an Aki-shika study session. By the way, they had not only Aki-shika sake but also Green Kino-ene, which I uploaded yesterday. There are too many varieties of Aki-shika to choose from, so I left the selection to them for a three-sake comparison. It is a new sake of the season and is served cold. It has a faintly refreshing aroma. It has a light, bubbly mouthfeel with a sense of effervescence. The acidity from the milky rice flavor is effective. The overall taste is delicious with a refreshing crispness combined with a fresh bitterness. Oh, it's already delicious.
