It is juicy yet flavorful! It's fruity and tastes melon-like in flavor, if I may use an analogy. I think there is some acidity that is light but similar to real fruit. I don't think it is a sense of maturity, but it has a strong umami flavor! It's a bit like it's not sake.
This is an interesting twist on sake, and the specs are kept under wraps. The system is to find out by reading the QR code on the back of the label. There are two levels, beginner and advanced, with four questions each. The beginner's level is just the right level of difficulty, and I made a mistake on the rice used item. In the advanced level, I answered one question correctly with a Yamakan. This one was difficult!
