A drink at night on a day when we went out after midnight to watch the Yamakasa and Oiyama festival.
Fruity sweet aroma
Surprisingly, it has a refreshing taste, sweet but not heavy, so you can drink it light and refreshingly. The second half is quite crisp and goes well with a meal. I liked this sake because it was neither too spicy nor too sweet and had a good cohesiveness.
It is a completely different sake from orikarami.
