Koei Kiku Miun
When I tasted it, I felt the sweetness was quite spectacular, but when I actually bought it and opened the bottle, the sweetness was moderate and the acidity and umami were well balanced (honorable mention 🤤).
I don't think it has the acidity that is typical of Kouei Chrysanthemum so far? I think so 😁.
I bought it in a bottle, so I'll leave it for a while 😘.
