We had it at a recent home drinking party.
It is a daiginjo brewed by the oldest brewery in Miyagi Prefecture and is called "Kosai. I assume that it was named after the monk Kosai Soutoitsu, who was Masamune's (Bontenmaru's) academic mentor in his childhood.
In the historical drama "Dokuganryu Masamune," Mr. Shuji Otaki played a good role, didn't he?
The top-tasting aroma is a fruity ginjo aroma.
The mouthfeel has a fluffy sweetness with rice flavor, a slightly fruity aftertaste, and finishes with a clear acidity, bitterness, and a slight astringency.
It's a very careful sake.
I thought it was an arugula-soaked sake, but it was a delicious sake with a high level of aroma and taste.
Thank you very much!

Hi Colonel Lal 😃.
I drank it from a vending machine at Sendai station, liked it and bought it as a souvenir ❗️.
I agree with you about the fact that it was not disgusting even though it was alsobe 👍.

Hello Haruei Chichi 😁.
It's a 100 yen vending machine at Fujiwara-ya. I recently had a bitter experience with it right after I bought it 😭.
Toraya, I've renewed my awareness that this kind of Miyagi sake also exists 🤘.
