A three-year aged version of Daruma Masamune.
An easy-drinking aged sake that has been assembled and adjusted.
The drink is paired with ajiwama, which is a spice like five-spice powder from Taiwan.
The image of this wine is that it is like Shaoxing wine.
I felt that the sweetness of the wine was enhanced by such a combination.
I had an image that aged sake is simply a combination of strong flavors, but I was surprised to find that there was more to it than that.
It was an interesting pairing.
