This is the first time I have heard of Matsuyama Mitsui sake rice😳. Iyo Kagiya is also new to me. I had it cold. The aroma is muscat-like, and the rice flavor spreads, followed by a nice acidity 😅. I thought it would be better warmed up. So we next tried it lukewarm. The sweetness increased, but somehow so did the acidity 😂. I had an image that heating up sake makes it more rounded, but it was as if all parameters were enhanced. Sake is very deep 🍶.

Good evening, Maru-brother. I was wondering about Iyo-Kagiya, which is sold at a liquor store near me. I see that it is more acidic and easier to drink when it is not warmed up. Maybe I'll try it next time 🤔.

Hi Miss Peco, ☀️ Cold or warmed sake tasted the same to me 😅. The acidity was also more intense, but the warmed sake is sweeter and more brain-stimulating. If you do drink it, try it both ways 😊.
