I took my children to the Shizen no Mori family campsite in Nose during the GW holidays.
The meat was cheap and there was a wide selection of prepared foods, and there was also a cake and bakery.
The sake was 100% Yamadanishiki, 60% polished rice. The aroma is subdued, but the sake is easy to drink and has a robust flavor that will be well received by all.
It is also delicious served over white rice with a locally produced egg and a special dashi soy sauce called kakego-tamago, which is a special broth for egg over rice.
This adds a taste of memories to the sake and makes it taste even deeper. Travel and sake go hand in hand.
Four glasses of sake for 2,000 yen may seem expensive, but the memories are priceless.
Please come to Nose and enjoy camping, hot springs, and sake at nosebox and Shibatako, the octopus dumpling restaurant.
