tomico
A mellow junmai sake. It has a gorgeous aroma and a strong sweetness. It has a deep, rich flavor, but the aftertaste is quite crisp, so people who like dry sake may also enjoy it.
Sake Pairing 1
○Tamago Tofu ⭐️
It was not a good match with something salty with dashi broth.
○Lemon marinated mushrooms ⭐️⭐️⭐️
If it is mellow sake, it doesn't go well with it? I wondered if it would go well with lemon, but I wondered if it would be mildly neutralized by the lemon, and the sake became very easy to drink!
○Cold baked sweet potato ⭐️⭐️
I've always had a strong sweet taste for sake, but when I paired it with sweet potatoes, it became richer, like brown sugar. It might be different if I say it is easy to drink, but I was surprised by the unexpected marriage!
Sakekasu Egg Rolls ⭐️
A slightly salty egg omelet with sakekasu. Like the egg tofu, the sake flavor came out strongly and was not good.
Sake Kasu Gomoku Kinpira ⭐️⭐️
This is a simple kinpira seasoned with sakekasu, salt and soy sauce. The sweetness and richness of the sake lees makes the sake taste mellow. It goes well with the chikuwa (dried fish) in the filling.
