Finally visited on the last day of CRAFT SAKE WEEK!
120 minute wait for Jyushidai...impossible...I thought.
I was surprised at how many sake lovers there are!
At first, I tried Houken at an open place.
The brewery's toji personally poured the sake for us, and it was very special to hear him talk a little about it!
It was dry, refreshing, and good sake!
