Today I bought a bottle of Fukuoka's Mitsui no Kotobuki summer jungin chikara from when I was in Tokyo: ‼️
Not much of a ginjo aroma. The first sip gives you a pungent taste on the tongue, which quickly disappears. After a sip, you can taste the junmai flavor. It is good to drink on a hot summer day with a refreshing drink or with slightly fatty food. ⭕️This time I used Tuna Tataki as a Tsumami. ❤️
Sake by itself is not enough, but it is interesting to drink it with food‼️
