ラル大佐
I brought back from Aizu the other day. This is our first meeting.
This is an original sake from Gonoi Sake Brewery in Aizu Sakashita-cho. The brewer is Akebono Shuzo, which brews Tenmei.
It is 6:27 p.m. on a rainy Sunday. We visited the store, where the lights had almost gone out, and asked if it was still safe. I asked if the lights were still on, and was pleasantly surprised to find that they were.
I was told that the basic brand was the blue label, and I chose the one recommended by the young master, Arashiguri.
The top aroma was a fresh ginjo aroma.
The mouthfeel is not so much tangy as gassy and gassy. Clear and fruity sweetness and acidity. The fruity aftertaste is followed by mild acidity and bitterness.
Very tasty!
Although it is a special pure sake, the rice polishing ratio is at the jun-dai class and it is a rough runner. It is not easy to drink.
Thank you very much!
