It is a little dry on the palate, but you can really taste the rice. It is a perfect "food sake" that goes well with all kinds of food and does not interfere with it. This is the level of sake that makes me want to keep a bottle of this sake at home. The price for this taste is truly the best in terms of cost performance. I can't help but envy the residents of Niigata Prefecture who can get this at a discount price at the supermarket. It is definitely one of the best sake representing Japan ❗️.
