It's been a long time since I've been to Kido 😊.
We had a bottle of Kido Junmai Ginjo-shu Nigori Sake Nama.
When I drank it before, it was automatically stirred as soon as the bottle was opened, but this time it was opened quietly.
But when I poured it into the glass, it was full of shwash 👍.
The aroma is sweet, fresh, and lactic acidic.
In the mouth, it is tangy and makes you think it is dry for a moment, but then there is a slight sweetness and a slight bitterness, and the tanginess remains, leaving a long refreshing aftertaste.
Yes, it's delicious!
I'm copying my own review from when I drank it before, but it tastes good, so it's okay~ lol.
