［I had found a store that sold this sake when I drove to Tsuruga and was planning to buy it next time, but I had to try it first 🥰.
The aroma of ginjo is clean and refreshing, the mouthfeel is clean and delicious, the finish is sharp and clean, and there is a strong bitterness at the back of the throat at the end.
I remember the "Winter Moon" that I drank before was like this 🤔.
Paired with [Sake Kasu Oden] and [Roasted Kishu Duck] 🍴.
