酔nosuke
Ishikawa's Tedorigawa is a light nigori type, limited to spring.
There is some ooze at the bottom of the bottle, but we did not shake it to avoid the danger of opening the bottle.
The refreshing aroma and gentle sweetness of rice spread gradually with a spicy, sour and bitter aftertaste.
Shake the bottle to mix in the oriki, and you will enjoy the soft, rich flavor with a slight sparkle. It is very delicious with a clean, smooth mouthfeel that is less floral.
We wish you a warm spring in Hokuriku.
