Purchased as a PB from Gohongi Masumoto Sake Shop. Shippo is said to be a raw sake made from Kitanishiki rice produced in Hyogo Prefecture, and it has a fresh and crisp taste typical of new sake. It has a fresh and refreshing taste that is typical of new sake. The fresh acidity is impressive.
