The hue is a light yellowish-brown, and the smell has the richness of Omachi. The combo of juicy Oumachi texture on the tongue and the numbing sensation from the acidity is just as I expected.

The smooth sweetness is felt on the tongue, and the sublimated smell of Oumachi is already rising. The flavor has more bitterness, but it's all taken away by the Oumachi aroma.

The sublimation smell remains with a strong Alc burn, but the sweetness and umami do not persist.

The sublimation smell is only Alc, and although the burning and cagey feeling is good, the Oumachi feeling has become a thing of the past.
