Rice + grape aroma. Slightly sweet. Light numbness due to micro-foaming, followed by a slightly bitter taste. Refreshing in the mouth. Can be served alone or with a meal. Very tasty.

One of the sake breweries located near the Yasu River. The area is surrounded by fields, residential areas and Calbee's industry.

Kitajima Sake Brewery sells a limited edition at the end of every month, and it happened to be the day of the sale, so I bought it. Lucky me.
It seems that reservations are accepted online, but it seems that reservations are not necessary if you go to the direct sales office. But there seemed to be only one bottle left. Lucky.
