Shinshu Kamerei has been on the top of the list of recommendations for a while now, so we opened a bottle.
It is a set of a certain store. It was probably kept in the refrigerator at an icy temperature. I was worried about the aroma of the six-month-old nama-shu, but there was no problem at all. Fresh and fruity, it's still going strong.
