This time I slipped into the last three categories 👀.
Maikaze is new to me
Gunma sake that I come across quite often, Sei.
This time it was a Junmai, a reasonably heavy dry sake!
My eldest son came back from the U.S. 🇺🇸 for the first time in a year!
Today we are going to Ikaho Onsen ♨️ for a family reunion 👪👦!
I'm going to compare three different types of sake and give the edge to Sugiyuu!
I'm looking forward to seeing what Gunma sake I can find tonight 🍶.

This sake is brewed with KAZE No. 3, Gunma's yeast, using "Maikaze," Gunma's preferred rice for sake brewing, which is the parent of "Sakebikari," a highly crossbred strain of Yamadanishiki, and "Saga no Hana," a crossbreed of Yamadanishiki and Wakamizu.
Alcohol 14-15%.

Rice used: 100% Maikaze produced in Gunma Prefecture
