Sharaku純米吟醸 なごしざけ
酔nosuke
For a long autumn evening, we chose "Tenagoshizake," a sake that has passed through the summer.
The standing aroma is subdued, but one sip reveals a deep grape aroma and the gentle sweetness of pears. Gradually, the astringent and complexly mixed umami comes in. In the second half, spiciness with a sense of alcohol rushes in, and the last part is again a lingering sweetness of pear.
It was a summer sake with concentrated umami flavor while maintaining its freshness.
